We use your information strictly to provide and improve the app experience. This includes authenticating your login, managing your subscription status, saving your custom playlists, and providing customer support.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We store your account details securely and validate all purchases directly through secure platform servers (Google Play and Apple).

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your account and clear all saved playlists and user data from our servers, please send an email to support@emeraldcodestudios.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

Note: Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play or Apple subscription. You must cancel your subscription directly through your device's subscription platform settings.
