How to Use Playlists

Playlists are a great way to organize your favorite Positive Approach to Care videos!

Create a Playlist: Go to the Playlists tab, type a name in the Playlist Name box under Create New Playlist, and tap Create.
Add Videos: Press and hold any video in the Videos tab or in your Search results, then choose a playlist.
Share with Others: Tap the share icon next to any playlist in My Playlists to send a web link to family, friends, or colleagues.

Search looks through every video title, description, and full script, so you can find the exact moment you need.

Open Search: Tap the Search tab at the bottom of the screen.
Type a topic: Use the Search by title, description, or script... box and enter a word or phrase like bathing or hand under hand.
Jump to the moment: When your words are spoken in a video, you will see a Matching Script Snippet with a timecode, so you know right where to look.

The answer you need is only a search away!

The Video Library organizes every Positive Approach to Care video into helpful groups.

Browse Groups: Open the Videos tab to see topic groups like communication skills and self care.
Open a Group: Tap a card and then View Videos to see every video in that topic.
Save a Favorite: Press and hold any video to add it to one of your playlists.

Explore the library at your own pace!

It is easy to remove a video you no longer want in one of your playlists.

Open a Playlist: Go to the Playlists tab and tap one of your playlists to open it.
Press and Hold: Press and hold the video you want to remove. A confirmation box will appear.
Confirm Removal: Tap Remove to take it out of the playlist. This does not delete the video from the library.

A tidy library is an easy library!

Your subscription unlocks the full video library, Search, and Playlists.

Check Your Status: Open the Account tab to see your current subscription status.
Subscribe: If you are not yet a subscriber, the Account tab will show your subscription options right there.
Manage or Cancel: Your subscription is billed through your app store, so you can manage or cancel it under Subscriptions in your device settings.

Full access, whenever you need it!

The app follows your device text-size settings, so you can make everything larger and easier to read.

On iPhone/iPad: Open Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size and drag the slider.
On Android: Open Settings → Display → Font size and choose a larger option.
Back in the App: Your new text size applies automatically, and the app keeps everything neatly on screen.
